Those players deserve a lot of credit tonight, they’ve worked so hard when the majority are probably knackered and they just didn’t give up and barely put a foot wrong all night. Hats off to Poch again, tactically he got it very right. He needs to calm it down though, otherwise he’ll start converting people! Cucurella motm for me, he was brilliant tonight. He’s properly settled now and is becoming the player thought we were getting. Badiashile & Chalobah did very well tonight, very calm and composed and bossed it. Original 21 Posted May 2 Share Posted May 2 Really showed character tonight. And dare I say it, we looked solid and coherent. Created a lot of chances first half, then fought hard to keep them at bay, and scored a good goal to settle it. Caicedo, Badashiele, Chalobah worked their socks off while Jackson and Palmer looked dangerous on the break.
