Sorry?...on the left side of a three wheel  tricycle maybe but yet to see it on the pitch for Chelsea!

Regardless of "reasons" Raheem has been as disappointing as any past less than productive "star" purchase.

@ROTG..Sorry mate..stats mean nothing really..you disagree that he has been a disappointment?...figures can "prove" anything..I once produced a report that showed staff meals could be added under a certain figure..absolute bs but the Boss wanted that result and as a matter of whimsey for me I proved it,

Actual influence on the pitch has been in the Werner sphere..and I actually liked Werner but again..FOR WHATEVER REASON..they both fell short of expectations..which in fairness were not unreasonable.

Raheem has always had extremes in him..especially for England..mindless decisions and unawareness and amazing at times link up and producing goals...an enigma ?

Meanwhile…I bet the leftists will love this

Dump the needless politics, please.

Besides, isn't it stuffy old Tories who get upset at nudity? Trying to imagine Mary Whitehouse with a copy of Das Kapital and struggling.

Somebody mentioned it, wouldn't be too against Felix on loan for another year if Nkunku's injury is going to keep him out for the rest of the year

Didn't want him back at the beginning of the window, definitely don't want him permanently, but looking at the other options out there and what we need in attack...  wouldn't be the worst at a reasonable fee for a year

Or even until January.

Ah sorry - when it comes to you guys “it’s ok when we do it” 🤣 #needlesspolitics - it was the lefty Twitter pitchfork mob who killed off the Stake deal. Just saying.

Don't really know who "you guys" is here, but given you're using a no-substance tabloid report of a porn website owner drumming up a little PR for himself to have arguments with people you've invented, it's not surprising I can't follow you.

Can we just not have people banging on about "leftists" in a thread about Chelsea FC transfers? I'm sure there are plenty of other places on the internet you can do that and it's actively welcomed (Elon Musk's famously commie Twitter, for example). Or is asking you follow the same rules as everyone else on the forum cancelling you?

I do follow the rules. I just see things as I see them.  I respect everyone’s view. Even yours 🤪

Fortunately our actual sponsor is likely to be less contentious. Infinite Athlete is now widely reported. https://weaintgotnohistory.sbnation.com/2023/8/8/23824741/chelsea-expected-to-name-newly-created-infinite-athlete-as-main-shirt-sponsor-reports

What fun to see the brigades of chubby funsters, dad bods and outright fat bastards attired in "Infinite Athlete" kit. I can't wait to get mine!

Didn't even see a doctor until years later when I had a different injury and they commented on the old damage to my knee.

Common practice, mate. Had three benches dropped on my foot in a school basketball game - ordered to play another two games and stop being a wimp. In plaster for a month then 2-3 years before I could kick a ball without pain. 40 years later dropped a wheelbarrow on my toe - gout diagnosed, plus as a bonus did I know part of my toe bone was missing. What was it? “Probably half way up your arse, mate - could be anywhere”. Reassuring ……..

Don’t know how serious this is…

Well Neuer remains out indefinitely by the sounds of it, apparently still can't kick a ball properly and has needed further surgery, at 37 I dare say that's him more or less done. Bayern have also let Sommer join Inter, and they loaned out Nubel to Stuttgart earlier in the window.

So they certainly need a keeper that much is certain, whether that means Kepa being a target I suppose we'll need to wait and see. Emi Martinez has also been linked in recent hours as well.

If we sold Kepa we'd have to go back into the market for another option, and it's already slim pickings as it is. With Nkunku going down, still needing to get a DM (or two), to have to possibly add another keeper to the list after just securing Sanchez would be a task and a half before the window shuts.

Awful. Look at those poor rugby and football players with dementia from ignored concussions and stone-age “just get on with it” attitudes.

Sports data analysis does reek of Marxism

Well it is encouraging an attempt by the Petty Bourgeoisie to seize more capital from the Proletariat

Surely we would have gone for Raya from Brentford if it was serious. Also, wasn’t it TT that benched Kepa when Mendy was bought?

Lampard benched Kepa for Mendy, but Tuchel certainly didn't reinstate Kepa.

I don't know if I would call Brighton proletarian!

Given you were below that comment about "leftists" linking to something in The Sun (that I didn't read) I assumed you were referring to that.

Why would we go for Raya exactly? He's not necessarily any better than Kepa, or at least a big enough of an upgrade for the price, the only two areas he excels over Kepa in are cross collection and long kicks - the latter pretty irrelevant when we emphasis playing short and retaining possession.

£30m or so to move laterally seems a waste.
